Iervolino Entertainment – a company engaged in the production of cinematographic and television content for the international market and listed on the AIM Italia stock exchange – announces the following Financial Calendar for events relating to the year 2021, pursuant to article 17 of the AIM Italia Issuers’ Regulations:

• Friday, 19 March 2021: Meeting of the Board of Directors to examine and approve the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the year 2020.
• Monday, 19 April 2021: Shareholders’ Meeting for the approval of the financial statements and reading of the consolidated financial statements relating to the financial year 2020, and appointment of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors.
• Thursday, 30 September 2021: Meeting of the Board of Directors to examine and approve the voluntarily audited half-year financial report for the year 2021.

Iervolino Entertainment also announces that Giorgio Paglioni has been appointed Investor Relations Manager of the company and that Matteo Pontello holds the role of Investor Relator.
