Monday 11 March 2024: preliminary consolidated results for the year ended 31 December 2023

Rome, Paris 29 February 2024 – Iervolino and Lady Bacardi Entertainment S.p.A. (“ILBE” or “the Company”) – a company active in
the production of film and television content (Euronext Growth Milan – IT0005380602 – IE and Euronext Growth Paris – IT0005380602 – ALIE) – announces a change to the financial calendar 2024, pursuant the article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers’ Regulations, relating to the insertion of the date of 11 March 2024 related to the Meeting of the Board of Directors to examine and approve the preliminary
consolidated results for the year ended 31 December 2023.

All the 2024 upcoming financial calendar events are updated as follow:

Monday 11 March 2024: Meeting of the Board of Directors to examine and approve the preliminary consolidated results for the year
ended 31 December 2023;
Friday 22 March 2024: Meeting of the Board of Directors to examine and approve the draft separate financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023;
Friday 12 April 2024: Shareholders’ Meeting for the approval of the separate financial statements and the reading of the consolidated
financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023;
Thursday 7 June 2024: Meeting of the Board of Directors to examine and approve the consolidated results as at 31 March 2024
(non-audited);
Friday 27 September 2024: Meeting of the Board of Directors to examine and approve the voluntarily audited half-year financial
report for the year 2024.
Tuesday 12 November 2024: Meeting of the Board of Directors to examine and approve the consolidated results as at 30 September
2024 (non-audited).
