Contribution for future capital increase from MB Media SA

Meeting of the BoD to approve the 2024 half-year financial report

Rome, 30 September 2024 – ILBE (Iervolino and Lady Bacardi Entertainment) – a company active in the production of film and television
content (Euronext Growth Milan – IT0005380602 – IE and Euronext Growth Paris – IT0005380602 – ALIE) – announces that have received from the shareholder MB Media SA a contribution for a future capital increase amounting to euro 1,500,000.00, confirming the shareholder’s intention, which has been expressed several times, to support ILBE and its relaunch.

Furthermore, the Board of Directors of ILBE, which met today, has scheduled the meeting of the Board of Directors to examine and
approve the half-year financial report for the 2024 financial year, voluntarily subjected to audit, for Monday, October 14, 2024.

Finally, It is specified that the resignations of directors Di Mario and Tiscini communicated this morning do not include the related reason.
