Correction of the Press Release “Results of the shareholders meeting as of February 18, 2025” issued as of February 18, 2025

Rome, 18 February 2025 – The Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Sipario Movies S.p.A. (the “Company”) held today – a company active in the production of film and television content (Euronext Growth Milan – IT0005380602 – SMO and Euronext Growth Paris – IT0005380602 – ALIE) – has adopted the following resolutions:
– Approved the Company’s economic and financial sitation as at 30 November 2024;
– Noted the reduction of the Company’s share capital below the minimum established by Article 2327 of the Civil Code, following the losses of € 117,751,452.00;
– Since the quorum for the approval of the proposal to restore the share capital above the legal minimum was not reached, the Company entered into liquidation pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 2447 and 2484 of the Civil Code.
