Rome, Paris, 17 January 2023 – ILBE (Iervolino and Lady Bacardi Entertainment), a company engaged in the production of film and television content (Euronext Growth Milan IT0005380602 – IE and Euronext Growth Paris IT0005380602 – ALIE), regarding the liquidity agreement with TSAF, with effect from January 12, 2022 and the aim to promote the shares of ILBE in the Euronext Growth Paris, announces that from July 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023:

• it purchased a total of n. 1,458 treasury shares at an average price of Euro 1.3922 per share for a total value of Euro 2,029.82;
• il sold a total of n. 1,250 treasury shares at an average price of Euro 1.4946 per share for a total value of Euro 1,868.27.

The table attached in the annex provides details of the purchase and sell made during the above-mentioned period.
As a result of these transactions, as of December 31, 2022, ILBE S.p.A. holds a total 3,407 treasury shares.
