Rome, 13 January 2025 – Sipario Movies S.p.A. – a company active in the production of film and television content (Euronext Growth Milan – IT0005380602 – SMO and Euronext Growth Paris – IT0005380602 – ALIE) – announces that the Standing Auditor, Dr. Andrea Sergiacomo, who took over from the resigning Auditor, Dr. Paola Di Giulio, on 03 January 2025, has announced his irrevocable resignation with immediate effect for personal reasons.

The Company has called the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for 29 January 2025, at 5:00 p.m., in first call, and, for January 31, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., in second call, at the Company’s registered office, located in Rome, Via Salaria, 222 – 00198 Rome, for the integration of the Board of Statutory Auditors (first item on the agenda).
