The Board of Directors of ILBE (Iervolino and Lady Bacardi Entertainment) – a company active in the production of film and television content (Euronext Growth Milan – IT0005380602 – IE and Euronext Growth Paris – IT0005380602 – ALIE) – has received the irrevocable resignation of board member Francesco Libutti, submitted today and motivated by the emergence of additional professional commitments.

The Board will proceed with the co-option of a new board member to replace the resigning member at the next available meeting.
