(LBM S.p.A.) – a company active in the production of film and television content (Euronext Growth Milan – IT0005380602 – LBM and Euronext Growth Paris – IT0005380602 – ALIE) – announces that on 9 November it received the resignation with immediate effect of the director Alessandro di Majo.

The resignation of the director is motivated by the position of conflict of interest with another position as a director. The remaining directors will urgently call the shareholders’ meeting for the
appointment of the new board.
