Resignation of Ms. Monika Bacardi as a board member

The Board of Directors of ILBE (Iervolino and Lady Bacardi Entertainment) – a company active in the production of film and television content (Euronext Growth Milan -IT0005380602 -IE and Euronext Growth Paris – IT0005380602 – ALIE) – has taken note of the irrevocable resignation of Ms. Monika Bacardi as a board member; the resignation has been submitted today and are motivated by her different strategic vision regarding the business model and company’s management.

As of today, the resigning board member holds an indirect stake of 46.19% in the share capital (28.99% of voting rights) through MB Media S.A. The resigning board member is not entitled to any compensation or benefits resulting from the termination of her position.

The Board has not proceeded with the co-option of a new administrator to replace the resigning board member, considering that in the next annual general meeting will be renewed the entire board and the board of statutory auditors.
