Rome, 31 October 2024 – Lady Bacardi Media S.p.A. (LBM S.p.A.) – a company active in the production of film and television content (Euronext Growth Milan – IT0005380602 – LBM and Euronext Growth Paris – IT0005380602 – ALIE) – announces that today received the irrevocable resignation of Prof. Mauro Paoloni from the position of Chairman and member of the Board of Directors and of the director Francesco Savelli, with immediate effect.

The resignation of Prof. Mauro Paoloni is motivated by a commitment required to fulfill the role at LBM, which is excessive compared to what was initially expected, also considering the accumulation of other existing position. The resignation of director Francesco Savelli is motivated by the position of conflict of interest with another position as director.

The Board will proceed with the co-option of the new directors to replace the resigning directors and to appoint the Chairman at the next available meeting.
