Growth Milan – IT0005380602 – IE and Euronext Growth Paris – IT0005380602 – ALIE) announces that it has terminated on April 3, 2023 after the stock exchange
the liquidity contract concluded on January 12, 2022 with TSAF – Tradition Securities And Futures.

As of 03/04/2023, the termination date of the contract, the following assets were included in the liquidity account after the stock exchange:
· 7,068 shares
· 39,497.15 €

It should be noted that, at the time of the half-yearly balance sheet as at December 31, 2022, the following resources were included in the liquidity
account:
· 3,407 shares
· 43,212.66 €

It is also recalled that, when the contract was implemented on January 12, 2022, the following resources were included in the liquidity account:
· 50,000.00 €
